Good Flavors and Service – I have been here a number of times in the past and always have a good time. The servers always seem to be more helpful and upbeat here than most places. Their smoked sirloin is amazing. Their steaks are really good and the sides are full of flavor. We will definitely go back again.

Best Steaks Around – Ate at this resturant a few times and I decided to write a review. I love the ribeye steaks they were always cooked the way I ordered. My all time favorite appetizer are the onion strings and that pinkish sauce that comes with it. I love this resturant.

Go anywhere else! – We should have gone across the street to Logan's. The service was decent; we always had full drinks and our food was on time. I wish it hadn't been. I wish that the service was so bad and the food was so late we would have left before being subjected to it. My sirloin had a decent texure. That was about it. It had no flavor and yet an hour later and I still feel like I'm eating it. My friend's 14 oz. smoked sirloin was more like 9 oz of horse meat and 5 oz. of fat. Had I been sterved his dish, I would hav... read more

Good food, Good Service, Visit when I can – I notice that a lot of the other reviews were from 2003 or so. I don't know if Texas Land and Cattle has gone through new management or what but I have never had any problems EVER! I go to TL&C about once a month for the past 2 years and I love it. The bread is amazing, the tea is wonderful and I've neer had a bad steak. One time they ran out of letuce and sent one of the employees to get more and paid for my meal because I had to wait. Another time they over cooked my steak and fi... read more

A Southwestern chain serving tender steaks in a bustling, family-style eatery. – In Short Dark-wood accents, a Western motif and a large fireplace decorate the bustling, sprawling restaurant. Decibel levels manage to remain low enough for conversation. Texas onion strings features tangy and spicy pale-pink dipping sauce combining liquid smoke, mayonnaise and barbecue sauce. The smoked sirloin nachos are served with generous amounts of refreshing pico de gallo and jalapenos. Two eight-ounce mesquite-grilled pork chops are spi... read more

Always a good place to pick You can get a steak anywhere, but Texas Land & Cattle is a great place to get one. The ribeye medium rare is to die for. The waiters are friendly and their is a bar too drink while you catch the game on their television. Try them out, you won't regret it.

Good basic steak and potatoes stuff! Steaks are nice and tender, sides are great and atmoshhere is rustic and comfortable. A little pricey. Large comfortable booths and a nice friendly staff.

Consistantly Excellent Fare Texas Land and Cattle is not the most unique restaurant in town, but hey, it's a chain steakhouse. As far as chains go, this is one of the best. I like to sit by the fire, even in the summer, and order a steak that they will happily bring an extra plate for so that I can share with my kiddo. The sweet potatos are what makes this place special. Nobody can cook a sweet potato like Texas Land and Cattle.
