Texas Knifemaker Supply has deplorable business practices. They straight up LOST $800 worth of worked materials that they were sent for heat treating. They refuse to make it right. I would certainly not recommend giving them any business. As someone who cares about small businesses and the American Entrepreneurial dream, I cannot and will not support them, and neither should you. They should be downright ashamed. So much for the custom orders that people had in for Christmas presents. Bah humbug, right TKS?
I'm new to knife making and have gotten all of my blades and hardware from Texas Knifemaker's Supply and I have been very impressed with the service I've received. There was a problem with quantities in one order but a phone call quickly resolved the problem and I was happy with the outcome. I have found everything I have needed and have been happy with the selection found on their website. Thank you for all you've done and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

They do a great job of heat treating and cryo.
