Been buying from them for the last 5 years. Quick shipping. I usually get my stuff within 2 days. Only had one problem in this time (a backorder) and they were quick to send it when they received it.

Company loses Knife Makers product and blames shipping company and then does noting to make it right until the complaints start to go viral. I recommend no dealings with this company. They have a poor customer service and you takes your chances with them. Look for another source.
