If you're into terrible customer service and lowlife losers that won't admit when they're wrong this is the place for you.
You guys sucked years ago when I first started and ruined my blades. You haven't improved.
What a joke, while not a maker, I purchase blades from those that use (well they don't anymore) your services after what you have done. You are a disgrace to or community, and to Texas.
Simply put, Horrid customer service. As a maker, And a businessman myself, I understand the importance of standing by my service, and my customers. This company has a lot to learn. Fellow makers, Beware.
Any business that loses the very blades they were supposed to heat treat and offers no compensation is not worth doing business with.
Shit, shit, shit. Send your knife here to be heat treated if it's garbage and you never want to see it again. Bad customer service and won't honor fucking your stuff up
Terrible customer service, items packed poorly and package arrives empty. No insurance, offered no compensation for the loss.
