Irri-Tech arrived as scheduled and did a good job, discussed the work plan and included my suggestions.
The men did a good job, but cause a mishap with my cable/internet connections. They inadvertently dug up the cable and disconnected it. I had loss of these services for 4 days until Time Warner fix the problem. Other than that, I appreciated their prompt and professional services.

We're very happy with the sprinkler system and lawn installed by Irri-Tech team. They submitted quotes/designs propmptly, made adjustments & suggestions to work within our budget, and included top-quality products for the project. They ensured we were 100% satisfied with their work and were extremely patient and very courteous to all our questions & demands. I was very impressed by Irri-Tech. Casey was very polite, honest, and customer service oriented. Those who actually installed the system were polite as well. Though I was home alone with my daughters at the time, I felt comfortable while they were working and while interacting with them. I received superb customer service which is very rare these days. Most companies have a "here is your product, where's my money?" attitude . . . not irritech. They are also willing to adjust the system as needed even after installation... read more
