They returned my initial call promptly and even tried to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. A crew came out within 2 days and I decided on a new system, two days later a crew was out at the time they told me (wow) and within a day my system was up and running. The most amazing fact was when they left not only could you not tell they had been here but they cleaned up and hosed everything down. I have to say this is the first time I've had work on my house that I was not left with a mess!
Casey did a good job of staying in touch with me via several phone calls and with discussing the problem and ballpark cost estimates. The guys who came out to do the work completed the repair very quickly. I was quite pleased overall.

Irri-tech was excellent at communication. Casey was professional and explained in detail what they would provide. I was satisfied with the work crew who did a great one day job in completing the full sprinkler system.
