Communication was good, fast response to quote and getting job scheduled. Work alittle sloppy but overall pleased with system. Price in line with 3 other contractors, would recommend.

Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Still waiting on part which was not brought to job. Has been 10 days since job and the item has not been installed yet. Other than this item (however this shows that follow up is not good) all other aspects of job was fine. The 5/5 given for customer service is for the onsite technicians. Please spell my first name correctly (Jesse).
