Casey showed up when he said he would. If he was running late he called. He delivered the product he advertised and more. I was very satisfied with the entire project.

They did a great job. They also did it quickly. Casey was great. He was always available for questions. Great customer service! He even gave me his bottle of OFF to protect me from mosquitos while he explained the sprinkler system.

The system is very new and seems to be working fine. I have, however, noticed that the water pressure in my bathroom shower is diminished even when yard sprinkler system is on. Since it was a weekend just after the system was in, I did not immediately get instructions on programming the box and had to go online to find tutorials to understand it.

Did not show up for for scheduled time due to a scheduling error, but once I called they were there within a few hours and attempted to fix my problem without selling me any new equipment. When it did not work, they came back at a later date and installed a control panel at a very reasonable price.
