This is what happens when there is no proper management. You may say that is an isolated case but the black security guard at the end giving the finger shows how poorly educated and trained your guards are. Put that young educated guy in charge and start cleaning your company from bad apples and hire a PR firm urgently. If you care.

If that senile old fool is not dismissed his job he will find himself, and the company, possibly on the end of a lawsuit as a danger to the public. He also impersonated a law enforcement officer, he stated he WAS and law enforcement officer and demanded a driver's license. If I ever changed careers, I would run right back to this company. Have been a fan of theirs since I first went to work there in the late 90's. Great people and great ethics. Left in early 2000's but TIS stayed close to my heart.
