A company that seems good and responsive.
They listened and responded quickly and appropriately. They didn't make excuses and did what was right. Most agencies {public and private} would ignore, deflect, and cover up their officers actions. Kudos to TIS for a job well done. That young officer deserves some credit for acting professionally and de-escalating the situation. The other gentlemen with the rude hand gesture needs some remedial training and time off to reflect on his actions.
I am impressed with the quick, correct & decisive measures this company makes when one of their employees does something wrong. Kudos to this company's management. Should I ever need to hire a security firm, this company will definitely be in the running for the contract.
Obviously a serious training and staffing problem when an elderly man carrying a firearm is assaulting people and demanding ID because he doesn't like people taking pictures
