The company hired a man who was a danger to the public. However the company is not all to blame the state of texas requires very little for an armed guard to get a license. The guy they hired violated not only someones rights but texas law. The man claimed to be law enforcement and assulted someone. Im glad that the company at least did right and fired the the guard in question.

Glad to hear Paterson is no longer employed by you. He was a loose cannon.

This company has shown that they do a good job in monitoring their employees, and that they have the courage to fire those who act inappropriately.

Firing the older man (rightfully so) and disciplining the other officer who flipped off a journalist WHILE IN UNIFORM is a start but how many other poorly trained employees are there? I won't tell you how to run a business but I think you might need a complete employee overhaul/review and need to revamp your training. That older man should never have been allowed to carry a firearm. How many other loose cannons work for your firm? Very scary.

Bravo! Leaving a five star rating for taking action against the security guard over stepping his bounds. This company actually has Leaders who care.

Leaving a five star rating because once the behavior by one of their employees was brought to their attention they took the appropriate action. There will always be people ending up in jobs they shouldn't have but it's what the company does about it once they are aware that defines them. I believe Texas Industrial Security really is a company that expects and accepts nothing less than professionalism in their employees. I got that impression from a second security guard in the video I saw who was quite professional and clear... read more

In light of your speedy and appropriate response to the incident involving a public photographer I commend this firm. Job well done.

You employed an unprofessional, senile old guy, gave him a gun and a badge and sent him off to 'protect' a college? Are you a professional security company? Ol' man Patterson assaults a member of the public, curses and threatens them. Do you think this is the type of people you should employ? You also have a security guard flipping the bird at members of the public. What a shower of s..t.
