All the one star reviews are from one incident that was looked into and resolved the way the company thought it should be. One or two people does not define an entire organization. The response does, and unlike more than a few companies I have seen try to stifle any negative reviews/comments on Facebook, it listened to the concerns and took the issue head on.

Thank you for your quick response. I will be giving a 5 star review and will remove all negative comments and post. I would hope the young officer that desecrated the situation be commended for his professionalism.
This company took action on an employee that was out of line which says a lot about their willingness to provide safe and secure guards with integrity. I applaud them for their decisive action on a very dangerous employee. I also applaud them for making it right with the cameraman who had damaged property. You other reviewers should adjust your low ratings to reflect this.
