I don't even begin to know where to start. I purchased a 2008 BMW 750 Li for Texas Import Sales. I worked with Dominick (The sales manager) who ensured me that the car was in great shape and ran well. Found a 2014 E350 online, and I called the dealership and April helped me out. She answered all my questions and worked with my banker in order for me to line up the financing since I'm out of state. I drove in and April honored the trade value she had given me sight unseen, and the Mercedes was practically brand new. It did not have one option that was advertised, but she made it right. Highly recommend Texas Imports and April.

She made the process very simple and went above and beyond her role as a sales person to make sure my buying experience was top notch by assuring the service and any issues with the car was taken care of before i arrived in Dallas. I must say this dealership is top notch. My first time I just browsed their inventory, and April greeted me and was very helpful. I decided to stop by when I was ready to buy to see what they had, and a couple of hours later I left with my new 2013 Lexus GS. They beat my previous rate by 3%, and they gave me a fair trade value for my car. April was fantastic.
