$20,000 for a CT scan, a Xray, a few tests and staying in ER for about 2 hours. this is outrageous for someone who was in need of help who has no insurance. I think it's unfair to justify that amount is okay to charge an innocent person with a truly life threatening emergency. it should be covered at least 90%. Especially when unemployed and cant afford basic insurance. and saying that someone makes enough money delivering with uber eats makes 20 dollars a night after gas is enough money to lower it down to $10,000? you're s... read more

RecommendedDr. Morrison has been my Dr for too many years to count now. He listen’s very carefully and is a very smart Physician. I drive from Dallas all the way to see him. I wouldn’t change Dr’s for anything ! He’s a very professional caring person.

ER should have doctors who honor the same insurances that your hospital does. It creates a huge burden on customers to try and get the costs mediated; especially when your ER doctors take payment from the customer's insurance and then attempt to bill above what the state allows. Complaining to the management resulted in a very condescending insulting letter. Thank goodness for Baylor Grapevine.
