Worst service by doctors ever!!! Couldn't find a doctor to consult with us for 24 hrs. We never got a single answer, and they just kept trying to discharge my mom. Had to fight and fight to try to get tests done. I will never give a single star, recommendation, or another visit to this hospital as long as I live. The only reason the star is checked is because I cannot post this comment without one. Service was worse than poor. There was no service period!!!
If i could rate lower, I would. Spent TWO hours in an empty waiting room and couldn't be triaged. Wtf. Calling the BBB on this shitty hospital.

i came in on March 3, 2020....I was in bad shape, risk of losing my kidneys. Had bladder infection on top of that. Had to have 2 biopsies while I was here...one on my bladder, the other on my cervix. The nurses here were awesome, very caring and very passionate about what they do. They definitely go the extra mile...Thank you Connie, Erin and Linda for taking care of me. There were more but these are the ones I remember....So glad the docs saved my life! I was here 5 days....Thank you HEB/BEDFORD
