I had my first baby here in July. I was so nervous about his delivery, but the nurses, doctors, and staff were amazing from check in to check out. Every time a nurse would go off of her shift, I would get sad because each had been so helpful and caring. Then, the new nurse would come in and be equally as wonderful. Thank you for making my son's birth such a great experience and for allowing my memories of his arrival to be so special.
I just had my first child at Texas Health Presbyterian in Plano & really cannot praise the staff and hospital enough, by far the best experience. Everyone was so caring and helpful with whatever we needed. I especially loved my nurse Courttney that was with me throughout my entire 13 hours of labor. We clicked instantly and I immediately felt comfortable with her. I would recommend this hospital to anyone having a baby. They're AMAZING!!
Dr. Hamn is my favorite doctor. The nurses and staff are always friendly and helpful. This is a terrific hospital.
My husband and I received nothing but expectational care here. We were given the privacy and right amount of recovery time. Our nurses were so gentle and kind and let is take our time for when we were ready to go home. Loved this hospital!! Thank you!!:):)!!
Worst experience and care ever by the two doctors! I would never let an ambulance take me here for any reason.
The staff here was amazing from the lady at the ER desk, the check in nurse, my nurse, my Dr and the lady who did my catscan. I've never been treated so nicely at a hospital since living in Plano almost 6 yrs. The Dr seemed very confident in his diagnosis and was very sincere.
I can't believe how wonderful the people are here! I couldn't be in better hands. THANK YOU Presby/Plano. :)
