I would never give birth there again. The Nicu nurses were absolutely phenomenal with my daughter, however I wasn’t allowed to go see my daughter after she was born, because they had me on magnesium for blood pressure. I m never got to see/hold my daughter for two whole days. I had to beg and plead to be able to see her on the third day. I get not being able to hold her, but there are ways that I could at least see my daughter. That was cruel and uncalled for. She was in my tummy for 37 weeks and I couldn’t even see her. You could start by having an orthopedic surgeon on-call for when your ONE orthopedic surgeon messes up an order for inpatient rehab for a patient that has just had a hip replacement and then takes two weeks off for vacation and doesn't have an emergency contact. I have been to PrimaCare locations that operate better than this hospital!!
