RecommendedVery patient focused hospital. No one is thrilled about going to a hospital, but this was one of the best hospital experiences I’ve had. From pre-registration to the day of surgery, staff appeared focused on making being there a great experience. Also the facility is more upscale “homey” and less clinical. Sandwiches and other refreshments were available complimentary for family in waiting room. As a patient, I truly appreciate these extra “we care” touches.

I had been checked into Presby Denton and was seriously sick so I was transported to Presby Dallas. I was treated and on morphine when I was discharged (and definitely strongly under the influence and NOT sober) at 3am. When I went to the lobby, I closed my eyes on the chairs because I had to wait for my ride (who lived an hour away back home in Denton). The security woman said I had to leave the hospital grounds immediately or she would call the police. So I had to sleep at the bus stop to wait for my ride... AT 3AM! What t... read more
The 3rd floor smells of urine like a nursing home and the rooms smell as well, so disappointed, but the staff was awesome!

y'all have no system in place to properly and quickly handle respiratory issues such as Asthma. Most other hospitals make sure they get patients with such conditions hooked up to treatments immediately. You let a 4 year old having an asthma attack sit there for over an hour without a treatment... amazing. UPDATE: It officially took 2 hours for my son to receive an asthma treatment.
