RecommendedWe moved to Azle on Saturday and Monday night my husband had to take me to ER because of my heart . We were in the ER for about 5 hours before I was placed in a room. The receptionist at the ER desk was wonderful ( I wish I could remember her name ) I was placed in ICU for 2 days and I can not say enough good things about the staff. The nurses I had , Jennifer & Jamie were very knowledgeable, patient, caring and always had a smile on their face . My son has been in the ER and it has been 3 hours and he has yet to see a doctor and no one checks in on patients. My husband had to find a sheet for him because he was cold. Unacceptable service or lack of service. I will be fighting this bill
