Everyone in the ER and in ICU were terrific with my17 year old son and his asthma. A special shout out to Miss Mary, Shirley (sorry I know I'm not spelling the right) and Dawn. Ya'll were so wonderful to be around and listing to this rambling mom about her boys. Thank you all so much

At first my experience with this hospital was going great.. Had my procedure and when I checked in I was told I owed nothing. a month later I get a statement for 1000.00. I attempted to try and work a payment plan with the billing department and was met with rude and condescending reps who could care less. Because I was unable to pay them 200.00 a month with their impossible payment plan, I was sent to collections even though I had made a payment already. I have never been as impressed as I was but don't had fractured to growth bone at a band competition. And when we went in he was in a wheelchair n foot all wrapped up and a volunteer came in with a service dog n he kept loving on my son to make he was ok. When they go that far to make you feel good. They will always be my hospital of choice.
