I had a hysterectomy at Texas Health Allen and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Everyone from the volunteers at the front desk, the registration lady and the nurses in the Outpatient surgery area, plus the Maternity ward where I stayed overnight went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The first nurse who came to see me in my pre-op room was very good and was able to put an IV into my wrist with no bruising. Healthcare industry is corrupt. I have no idea how THR can charge $19,557 when the admission date and discharge date are the same date.

My daughter in law is still there having test run for infection in the colon. She still has not gotten any results back, they say as long as she cannot hold down liquid or ensure they cannot to anything else. She has been their since Easter Sunday and now it is Wednesday night, I would think they could have figured something out by now.

Went here Tuesday early in the morning to ER big mistake. Basically was told by the nurse that showed me to my room there was nothing they could do for a ovarian cyst he said it in such a rude way !!! I nearly wanted to get up and walk out ! The lady nurse who gave me a Iv she needs to back to school on how to find veins she brusied me and my arm hurts when she put the pain medication in my Iv it burned I told her she didn't do nothing and it itches .
