This is the best hospital I have ever gone to and I don't like hospitals
Definitely had a five star hospital experience. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The staff nurses and doctors were all very professional and helpful. They also accommodated my family and made them feel welcome and comfortable. In addition to all that Dr. Bell's surgery on my hip was a success and alleviated all my pain and I was walking the next morning.
My nurse was the best! I wish I could recommend her to be my nurse again when I go into labor!
I had a surgery consisted of an over night stay! EVERY ONE was so pleasant from registration to: day shift & night shift nursing staff. All around the boards AMAZING facility treated us like guests in their home. To the kitchen delivering our "phone ordered menu items" my Dr. came by the next afternoon to personally check on me & showed me pictures of the process that was being snapped for my file. If I ever suggest a procedure needs to be done- GO TO Texas Health in Allen, TX Thank you to the entire facility.
