I really don't like to rate something with a low score. However, I have never experienced such cold, apathetic, and neglectful service, in my life! My daughter got food poisoning and was severely dehydrated. The admin nurse took her blood and left it for the emergency room nurse and told us they would get her on fluids and nausia meds right away and then do necessary testing. The doctor and nurse came in, wouldn't let me tell them about my daughter, but insisted on her talki...Continue Reading

Thank you so much to the staff for taking such u good care of my mom last night. The doctor did his diligence instead og dismissing my mom's chest pain as coughing from her bronchitis. She's now getting the care she needs a at a facility with some of the next cardiologists. I will recommend this place to everyone in Weatherford.
My son went with a swollen purple arm and was given an ultrasound and was told it was negative for a bloodclot and was more then likely a muscle tear. Less then 48 hours later hes in cooks hospital with blood flow stopped due to a large clot. The doctors at cooks told us that if the proper protocols had been followed, his bloodclot wouldnt have been missed due to the size!!!

I want to give a big hug shout out to the radiology department especially to Lee. I have had to visit them quite a few times lately. I am extremely claustrophobic. Lee make you feel safe and comfortable during MRI's. I have all my MRI's there now. Thank you for you compassion and heart felt warmth to your patient's.
Great staff and super care. I will recommend to everyone in the area. The staff and doctors were great!
While these people were very nice and friendly they were severely understaffed we were there for over 4 hours and then here it is a month later I receive a bill because apparently the doctor was out of network. I'm not trying to brag but I have really good insurance it's a PPO I can go wherever I want and see whoever I want and they will pay. I literally have one of the top five plans available here in Texas and for some reason they still can't figure out how to make doctors in network when you have an emergency. Honestly I ... read more
After visiting several Dermatologust with no diagnosis, my granddaughter visited this ER hoping to get some help and direction. Something is literally eating her skin off her feet, hands, face etc. no one can tell her what it is , the cause, or treatment we had hoped the attending physician would refer her to a specialist. Instead, the old Manx asked "What do you want me to do about it?" Not what we expected. He could care less. He said more arrogant things and my adult granddaughter left in tears.
