No problems with the ER, however, don't come here if you can't pay your bill in full within 30 days. Went there at end of February, received my first bill of 900.00 in late March. Sent them 100.00 in April towards my bill and then in May get a collection letter. I called the hospital to let them know I needed to set up a payment plan. She then tells me ok, you can either set it up thru some out of state bank, INTEREST FREE, or you can set it up directly thru us, however THEY tell you how much you will pay and it must be paid... read more
What can I say but God Bless the ER staff of Sunday night 2/21/16. You grabbed my mother and took such great care of her. Yall treated her as if she was one of your own family members. I was very impressed with how the nurses and Dr were so awesome and so about doing what was best for mama and her pain. Best ER around !! If I could , I would give you 100 Dana was our nurse and she was on the ball. Not only was she very sweet but she also very comforting. GOD BLESS WILLOW PARK ER!!!! Thank you For the excellent care I received in your ER on Saturday night! I hope I don't have to come back anytime soon but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to come to your facility!
Not easy to impress a family of nurses...but they did! ER visit with daughter for gall bladder attack and back home in less than three hours! I've seen many ERs- this one is state of the art and the staff is so considerate and friendly.
My "go-to" location for ER, Physical Therapy and Fitness needs!
Received excellent care for my daughter and the staff were so kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place!
Took my son today. Was very happy with the staff. We was in and out in under an hour.
Been here three times so far. Very good staff. So glad I don't have to go to WRMC in an emergency.
