I recently went to the hospital with extreme shoulder pain and everyone was really nice and attentive. After getting signed in, I was given a cold pack and a blanket to help ease my pain and discomfort. Within thirty minutes, I was given a bed, pain medication and a diagnosis. After getting Lidocaine shots in my shoulder and the back of my head, I was on my way and for the first time in a week, I wasn't in horrible pain.
Was in thr ER and Labor and Delivery. Amazing hospital and the staff and nurses were incredible!
I had no issue with the actual care. The staff was very caring and responsive. I received the EOB and PAID THE BILL IN FULL right away. Six months later I receive a new EOB and ALL the prices had been changed where they want me to pay MORE for the services I have already PAID IN FULL 6 months earlier. Aetna pretty much said they can do whatever they want and can reprice and rebill whenever they want. The hospital will not respond to my emails. They have sent it to collections so I am constantly harassed for a bill I PAID IN ... read more
I'm here at the Hospital alot due to kidney disease. The nurses are always great to me. Some of them remember me. My doctor is awesome and have to say my anthesiologist I get knows me and really helps me get thru the pain easily.
Everyone was so nice and attentive even the receptionists. The nurses took good care of me and checked on me frequently. It's pricey; the hospital, but facilities costs and insurance prices are sky high...still have to pay more money, but it's life. (:
