I had my daughter here on December 16th and had the absolute best experience of my life. I did not encounter one person that was rude. Every single person that came in my room down to the cleaning lady and the man who brought my food was extremely nice and friendly. Everyone was so personable and answered all my questions. They all spent as much time in my room as I needed caring for me and answering all of my questions. I loved everyone!! My mom had hip surgery yesterday and everyone was so nice and sweet and helpful. Thank you so much (especially the six blankets my mom had, she was cold).
Everyone took care of me. And where so sweet! I'm waiting for surgery now. But I don't even have words to describe how great there team is!
Being in the ER with a loved one is extremely stressful! Being with my daughter, not knowing what was wrong, cannot do anything save pray and and ask questions. The nurses, radiologists, and the physician were so understanding, explaining everything in layman's terms without being condescending is their standard. Even though they were uncharacteristically busy for a Thursday night, we didn't feel ignored. Thank you, Presby!
