I had my 11 year old daughter at the ER yesterday, WOEST TREATMENT EVER!!! We always use Presby but after yesterday and the last 2 times of being there NEVER AGAIN!!! She was not given the treatment she deserved for being a child diagnosed with bronchitis and pnoumonia, didn't give her a breathing treatment, nothing!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
I have been to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital several times over the last few months. I've been in the ER, had procedures, and surgeries. I could not be more pleased with every one here, from the staff, nurses, drs, janitorial, and food service. Every one is always friendly and eager to help. They really make you feel at ease. I would highly recommend Texas Health Presbyterian Rockwall to anyone. I am also elated that terms were worked out with BCBSTX. I was dreading the thought of having to change drs and hospital.
