They treated me horrible said they called me at the er and never did then I got told I would have to wait until everyone else in the waiting room would be taken back before they took me back this has to be the most sorry er in history!!!
Everyone was do kind & professional & the physicians were kind & personable . Dr Williams & Dr Lyman & Tammy who inserted my IV was the best! Grateful for everyone's care!
My 82 year old dad was in ER for 20 hours before he was moved to a room. The nurses and staff are so overworked. Don't get me wrong they were wonderful to my dad and even brought him a regular hospital bed down to ER for his long stay. My low rating is not against any of the staff that took care of him. This was our families hospital of choice but we will now search out for a new hospital in an emergency. I see why the hospital is understaffed due to them working themselves crazy.
