2.5 hours and an hour in the room and not a soul could peak there head in and ask if my daughter is still alive. You guys need some help, or even better staff that cares and wants to work and no, you all weren't busy, not with the number of rooms I saw open... so what's the excuse now...
Had to go another hospital, made my wife wait for two hours with asthma for nothing. They dont care about peoples helat and well being.
Always take the best care of my family. Appreciate everything the ER team does to provide compassionate, quality care even when they are slammed�
