The current agent Mrs. ****** at the ********, ** office is horrible and beyond unprofessional. I went round and round trying to get a quote for someone to be added to my policy, long story short pricing was finally provided, and then I was told it was incorrect due to a glitch in their system. I am not getting a refund due to computer "gliche". I canceled both my auto and renters on same day. Received renters refund check a week later, February 23. I inquired on auto refund. Told due to computer glitch, auto cancel was not received, only renters. I canceled on February 16, 2023 both policies. It is in my file notes with my agent. Was working with Farm Bureau for an insurance claim and got adjuster Noe Delacruz. He was extremely rude, and not helpful at all. All we wanted to do was ask some questions about the claim and for some reason he took it as in insult that we had questions. We have worked with claims thousands of times for just about every insurance provider in the past and had never been treated/talked to the way Noe Delacruz talked to and treated us. I cant even get a quote. I have been trying for a week now, leaving messages with different people there. Finally a few days ago someone actually called me back. That was a few days ago. I still dont have a quote.

Sent a check for payment which either there was a postal issue or it set on someone's desk for a couple weeks, so I made another payment over the phone., the same day they cashed my check. Still have not gotten my refund. The website is useless. It's as if they don't want to be contacted but they will sure give you a quote and take your money.GO ELSEWHERE. BAD BUSINESS.

hopefully you never need a tow. almost lost my job as the tow truck they were supposed to send as part of the roadside assistance THAT I PAY FOR EVERY SINGLE MONTH kept rescheduling and telling me 10 more minutes after hour 3 and several annoying calls with customer service i paid out of pocket to have it towed. and they couldnt care less. i will not be doing buisness with yall anymore unless youre going to reimburse me. thanks for nothing! terrible buisness and worse practices

I am angry. I have tried to talk to Mr ******* about the house insurance for over 2 weeks and he will never return my phone calls or answer his e-mails. My mother just passed and I have sent him her Death Certificate by e-mail. He will not follow up with me or talk with me. From my understanding she had life insurance because she was a member. Tx Farm Bureau is an amazing company. They treat their customers like family and do yearly reviews to make sure their insureds are covered correctly. I am able to get ahold of my agent anytime from her cell, and she responded immediately late at night when I was in a car accident. I would highly recommend TXFB to cover your home and auto. I also have my life insurance with them. A one stop shop!
