Extremely long wait time. We were told a one hour wait which turned into over 2 hours. We normally visit urgent care kids in the woodlands which never takes more than 30 mins. Over a two hour wait to be told we needed an antibiotic change which I already had an idea of. When you have two small children waiting over two hours is an eternity. I’m pretty sure we would have been seen quicker at an ER or free hospital. Your business receives zero stars from our visit.

Really amazing place. Drinks and snacks out for the kids, quick check in, clean and calm waiting area...friendly staff! Really impressed.
Thank you to RN Jodi(y) for being so great with our daughter, and for recognizing she was in pain. She was quick to come to the waiting room with Ibuprofen, which saved the evening!
I never really leave reviews but I feel like this deserves one. This was the first time I ever went to this facility. They were beyond excellent with my daughter. She came in for a hurt foot which turned out to be fractured. They made her feel so comfortable about the whole experience and calmed her down. They made sure and gave her a popsicle for being so brave with the X-ray. Not only were they caring they saw us in a very timely manner but didn’t make you feel rushed out of the door. The staff is always amazing!! Wait time is never very long.
This was the first time we had visited and my grandbaby is 3 mths old. I love how they are able to look at his previous records and already know what has gone on since birth. Everyone was friendly and caring. Definitely the best!!
