RecommendedWe have been here a few times. Very polite and efficient staff. Snacks and drinks provided. Wait time depends on what illness is going around but way better than an emergency room and convenient location.

We did not have a good experience. The physician was unpleasant, she had poor listening skills and a complete disregard for our concerns about our 5 year old. A physician in this field, especially in a pediatric urgent care setting, should help alleviate our concerns. There was a lack in patient-centered care and complete disinterest in what we had to say about our child’s symptoms and normal behaviors. We did not feel that we were treated with dignity & respect. The staff was so friendly and the doctor was awesome as well. He explained everything to where I completely understood and gave my baby excellent care. Thank you 🙏
Absolutely recommend! I came in completed paperwork and was seen within 20 minutes! I went online to save a spot just in case the wait was long but that wasn’t the case. The staff here are amazing from front desk,nurses and physicians.
Had to take our youngest for a rash and Dr. Henry and staff were very professional and ended my mind from worry. We waited because it is that time of year but worth the wait. Dr. Henry gave a cold popsicle. It made her day and she was so nervous before and now so glad she didn't need to worry. Highly reccomend them!

The care here is absolutely amazing. As a parent, it’s important to feel that the people treating your child in such a vulnerable state truly do care... and the staff DEFINITELY cares. Julie goes above and beyond and makes you feel like she’s sees your child as her own!! It shows in every interaction from the moment you walk through their doors. I can’t say enough nice things about this place!! Thank you thank you thank you for taking care of my sweet baby!!
