I have been a patient with Texas children’s pediatrics for about 11 years and I’ve never had any issues until tonight at the Urgent Care in Pearland. I brought my 7 month old she is very fussy and tugging at her ears. I “reserved my spot” online for 8pm I got there at 7:30pm at 9:10pm I still had not been seen an ended up leaving. The nurse and front desk ladies were being so helpful trying to get the doctor to see me after about the first hour of me waiting, but the doctor, Dr. Berman I think, was more interested in just sa... read more
