Epic fail! Scheduler failed to tell us that the surgery scheduled for our child was when the doctor was the on-call Doctor and they would be working her in. After 10 hours of no food and waiting at the hospital we are headed home without the surgery! So incredibly frustrated!!!!!

Thank you for helping save my son's life. Thank you to Dr. Dauser and his team for your quick thinking. If it wasn't for Texas childrens (main campus), my son would not be alive today. We love the neurology team and the oncology team! They have both been wonderful to us and our son! We will forever be a paitent of TCH!!

Texas Children's saved my sons life but they sure haven't made it easy on parents. I just watched a mother who donated her sons organs get kicked out of a waiting room. Her son is in surgery having his organs removed until 5 AM and they just kicked her out and said he was no longer a patient. How do you justify kicking a mother out of a waiting room at 2:30 AM when she just donated her son to save other lives. I am so disappointed.

Emergency visit turned into a 3 day stay, 1 surgery, and have had numerous stand alone appointments for our son at TCH. EVERY SINGLE person we came in contact with, employed by the hospital, have been hospitable, informative, and professional.
