I just come to this hospital, and I don’t feel welcomed at all... the lady at registration was very rude, i don’t know why they have this jobs if they don’t like to treat people like they supposed to.. People have told me it is not a very good hospital they have rude staff, and i know because we have been here before. Well last time i just walk out.
A very heartfelt “Thank You and God Bless You” to all the surgeons, doctors, nurses, and all medical staff at Texas Children’s Hospital who are providing excellent care of my Grandson, Jeremiah. Please know how much you are appreciated and needed! Thank you for giving of yourself and all the tireless hours all of you put into a child’s care. You all deserve the Make A Difference award. desde el nacimiento de mis hijos hemos recibido el peor servicio tanto en el hospital de fanin como en la clinica the center malos diagnosticos malos tratamientos o ninguno meses para conseguir una cita y horas en la sala de espera y en el consultorio y los doctores no duran ni 5 minutos en la consulta para decir q no tienen nada es normal o es un virus q se cura solo
My grandson was in TCH for a little over 2 weeks waiting to get strong enough for surgery. Which he finally got to have this past Monday. I just want to say thank you to the nurses on the 14th floor, y’all are awesome. Thank you to the surgeon and her staff for being so wonderful the day of surgery. Thank you from Joel’s Nonnie.
Very nice and sweet staffs!! They are very caring and did amazing job taking care of my son! Love those people working hard to safe the kids! Highly recommended this Hospital
I took my 5yr old child there, after what I thought was a 24 hour tummy bug. She was very lethargic and could barely walk. We clocked in at 7:17pm. There was only one other patient waiting at that time. It took almost an hour to get back to triage. I saw multiple others being taken to a room HOURS after we arrived. I informed the staff, that my daughter has problems with anemia and gets weak very easily, and that last year we had to go to our local hospital, who gave her IV fluids and she felt better after that.
