RecommendedI really recommend this Hospital, it has a great environment friendly people and really professional staff. we had a great experience today, a great shout out to Dr. Too!!
Do NOT go to this emergency room!!! I went with a friend and her child who had a broken arm. Over 3 hours and still they did not splint it, give her an ice pack, or have a doctor look at it. Mom decided to go to a different emergency room. In less than 10 min they had it xrayed and said it was a bad break and needed immediate attention. They were shocked that texas children's Woodlands ignored the severity and left her sitting in the waiting room without any medical treatment for over 3 hours! The bones had to be set. I took my granddaughter here because her oncologist recommended transferring her care to tch. I was hesitant from the beginning because I’ve never had a positive experience with tch but I’d never been to the one in Houston before only the one in Dallas. The Er had 1 bathroom all the kids was sharing and it had roach motels under the toilet with several dead roaches in them.
