My son was checked in nicu level 4 and they were awesome! They paid some much attention to him and gave him great care. He was transferred to level 2 nicu and the nurse on nights was awesome, but the next day I feel like there's not that great of care. A nurse was on a personal call while one of the babies under her care was crying his eyes out. And when she hung up the phone on her call she said one is screaming for me... Dnt seem to nice. Our family is forever grateful to surgeon, Dr. Charles Fraser, and his amazing team of nurses and doctors who cared for our son Luke. Surgery at 3 months old was a success and all of his defects have been corrected. He is a competitive gymnast today & has no memory of the scar on his chest. We give thanks for Texas Children's Heart Center. May God bless you all and give you the strength to continue doing what you do....saving lives!

Wonderful place. Couldn't have asked for better care! Hopefully we will never go back but it is nice to know that it is there if we need it.

Came in at 2am with my son who has been having projectile vomiting and trouble breathing and its now 8:30 and im still waiting. Never coming here EVER again.
