All those people I met in here are amazing. They are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Big thanks for Dr. Riera, Dr. Tung, Dr. Lee and their office plus 5, 11&12 floor teams. The only thing could be improve is the billing and valet service. We got overcharge on several visits and have to spend some time on the phone to clear this out. We still waiting on the credit refund. Overall i appreciate everyone's help and highly recommend this facility.
Every single person i encountered at this hospital was kind and went out of their way to help me with whatever i needed during my stay. I know that my care was all that mattered to them while i was there. My labor and delivery nurse, Jaida, was the most patient, encouraging, FRIENDLY person I've ever encountered in a medical setting. I can't thank her enough for the beautiful memories i have, welcoming my daughter into this world. Edited to add that my baby was born on 2.19.2016
Dr. Hodges is informative and easy to talk to absolutely love her! All of the staff is just as great!
I delivered here back in July. I absolutely loved everything about this hospital. My doctor was amazing, the staff was amazing, everything was just simply amazing. If I have another baby it will definitely be here!
I was originally scheduled for an induction on 11/14/2015 because my baby is measuring big and my entired body is in pain, so my husband and I started our maternity leave on Friday 11/13/2015. I received a call from L&D on the day of my induction right before I was going to drop off my pet to the kennel, the cordinator said she had to reschedule me to Monday because they have too many emergency cases.
