At 30 1/2 weeks pregnant on June 27, 16, I was admitted to this hospital. I was flown as an emergency patient in a medical jet from El Paso, TX. As soon as I got to the 11th floor, instead of being welcomed we were told they weren't ready for us. We (my fiance & I) were put in a temp room. It took 16 hours from there to receive pain meds. Amazing staff, amazing doctors and nurses. I was here for 4 days after scheduled c-section and everyday was amazing. They have LITERALLY everything you could possibly need and they are happy to give it to you. From diapers to help with anything you may be confused about. If and when I have another child I would definitely return to this hospital.
I haven't had my baby girl yet but going to my appointments I love every moment of it when I leave I be anxious to com back
I gave birth on the 12th of June there. Had a wonderful experience! My labor & delivery nurse, Kayla was awesome. I loved her. Even all the nurses in the mom & baby unit was great. I have no bad words for this place. Was very thankful I found it & delivered here. You guys are a wonderful hospital. Thanks for treating your patients kindly.
At first I had no problems with TCH, but lately I've been having a hard time being seen. They made me an app. One day for a vaccination that I originally was suppose pick up myself but two different ppl told me two different locations to get the vaccination. I wasn't able to find out where they sent it, and I was told I would get a call back, never did. So I went in for my app. Sat there for an hour, with them knowing I didn't bring my vaccination and they waited an hour later to tell me to go home. I live an hour away and I... read more
The staff the hospital is awesome.....the parking is RIDICULOUSLY and PROHIBITLY EXSPENSIVE.The parking sig at all entrances state $10 A DAY MAX BUT If you stay with your loved one over 2 hours leave thats $10 come back, stay 2 more hours leave thats another $10. I was told there was a parking pass for $46 per week and went to office with receipts, they would not honor the $20 I just spent that day!!!! Why???? I had the unfortunate opportunity to interact with Dr. Stevens for the second time. I went to my regular doctors appointment with Dr. Espana who's really kind and I had a fever of 100.1. He informed me that he would send my antibiotics to my pharmacist but when I arrived they weren't there. My fever escalated and I started to get sore all over and dizzy.
