when I initially signed up (about 4 years ago), my service was averaging 2.5 - 3.5mb; but it was rock solid, which I needed when dealing with overnight on-call issues at work. Lately though (last year and half) service has been unreliable; and very seldom over 1 mb down. Calls to service go to voice messaging and no call backs. Thinking of going back to cell service hot spot soon if service does not improve. Verizon has a nice new tower on Hwy159. It is 12:33AM and my service is 0.18 mb down and 1.65mb up. No connection or very slow speeds when it does show a connection. No answer and no returned call from tech support for last two days (during regular business hours). We have been customers for years because there are no other internet options in our area. I am waiting for something better and more dependable to come along.

So if u can afford there 5mb plan it's good enough to game on when it works and there's only u on the internet so far we are a about a month with internet issues that make it where it's only good enough to load a Google page and that's sometimes
