I'd give it 6 stars if I could. The food is great and the owner actively ensures the happiness of all his guests. Seriously BBQ breakfast tacos?!? Why isn't this everywhere around here?

I loved it. First time and won't be my last. The Brisket was excellent with mild BBQ sauce. The mac and cheese was good, if you know Texas Coleslaw you will love it. I myself like my coleslaw a little on the sweet side, but all I can say is "Yum Yum"...���

The brisket is the best I've ever had. So good! Im drooling just thinking about it. �
Service was outstanding, environment was great though I felt the brisket was average as it came out of a steam pan and true brisket should be cut to order.

Josh, I agree with you on the slicing of brisket right up front on a heavy butcher block! If you looked behind the point of sale there is a butcher block there I want to use. My issue is safety training and enough experience to do that in a pressure environment with a line to the door and beyond without someone cutting getting injured. It's a trust and comfort issue. Texas Beef and Cattle Company has THE best BBQ food. I highly recommend the beef rib, chili, and potato salad. Unfortunately, I didn't have room for dessert lol The decor is balanced between modern and western, loved the taste in music as well. The owner and general manager both stopped by the table to check in on our experience; of course, it was exceptional!
