My slab had more fat than meat . Was told basically sorry bout your luck . thursday may 4,2017 . I try and support community businesses but was blown off and told thats just the way they come . very disappointed .

Michael, thanks for your review. It brings to light how very important it is to purchase your meat from a reputable source. We purchase our meats locally and always try to bring our patrons the highest quality meats- they are raised without antibiotics and when we can we purchase organic (usually chickens). But there is never a way to guarantee the marbling of a ribs. Typically St.Louis cut ribs have a larger fat content than do the Baby Backs. Talk about some good food! Ribs, Mac & Cheese and the lemonade is amazing. Wish I lived close to visit this place again.
A must for Bar b que. best meat in town with a extremely casual dinning experience or carry out. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
