James knows the secrete of slow cooking meat from mesquite coals seasoned with the right dry rub. By the aroma alone, I would have though I was in LLano, or Lockhart, Texas. Add in sides found in the Hill Country of Texas and a full line of Shiner (beer) products and I'll be coming back again, and again.

Owner was letting daughter and friend run front end. Seems to busy chatting with each other then to take care of customers. I never did get the drink I paid for. Meal was just so so.

Both my daughters are capable of running the front of the house, was there a non employee there distracting her?
