Wife and I ate there last evening for the first time. Portions were fine and taste was great but everything was cold. Need to serve menu items warm to suit me.

My new Dayton food crush. It’s great to finally have a legit bbq joint in town. It’s certainly not a complaint, but worth noting: this isn’t a cheap place to eat. You’re paying for quality here, and if the food is as consistently good as it was today, I have no issue paying it. Chili Mac with their ghost pepper bbq sauce is magical. Service was fantastic - helpful and friendly. I’ll be back and spread their delicious, smoked gospel to anyone that will listen.

I was there when they first opened and there were 3 things l didn’t like:#1 I really didn’t like the fact that they weighed everything even salads l asked them were they going to weigh the bread too; #2 l didn’t like the very high prices l mean $20 is a lot for St. Louis style ribs -sandwich (St Louis style ribs is where the top of the spareribs are cut off) and #3 is all I ever tasted was smoke didn’t taste any of the meat or seasonings/spices. And I never went back Have they gotten better
