Brisket meat was dry. Sausage, pork & brisket lacked basic flavor.
RecommendedMy favorite was the pork and beef mix smoked sausage. The people who work there are fantastic!

Finally got a chance to get to this joint. Had a brisket sandwich with the hot BBQ sauce, Mac and cheese, and Texas tater salad with a lemonade. The brisket was phenomenal and the BBQ sauce was wonderful. Just enough heat to let you know it meant business without taking from the brisket flavor. The Mac and cheese was great and the tater salad was the best I've tasted. Topped off by the lemonade.... Fantastic. I'll be back.
OMG no contest, best barbecue I've ever had. brisket sandwich, quarter chicken, mac n cheese and tater salad are PHENOMENAL. excellant beer selection too. cant wait to come back. 💚💚💚
