I'm disappointed with the customer service, they will call you every 5 minutes on your due date, but when their system made a error I was told it would be credited back to my account and surprise, never happened. Now my payment has gone up $50. I called and they tell me it's because I have no insurance. So I call my insurance company, and yes I have insurance.
