After posting a review about Texas Auto Center one of the managers contacted me the next day. He listened to my concern and told me that he would take care of me and he did just that. He contacted the north Texas Auto Center to let them know that I will be bringing my car in to trade. All I had to do was fill out a few pieces of paper and they allowed me to trade out my car with zero down. This is a real review from a real person who had a real problem.

A horrible place. The customer service is beyond disgusting . DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
Service department is horrible!! If I know what i know now I WOULD HAVE NEVER DID BUSINESS HERE. It's sad how they operate. I'm highly PISSED..
