Ciera helped me today with all my eye testing before I saw the MD. She was wonderful! She welcomed me warmly, explained all the procedures, and cleaned the equipment before I had to use it. I really do appreciate that last part! The staff here is always welcoming and kind. I’ve been seeing them for about 9 years!
My cataract surgery went really well. I got a PanOptic multi-focal lens that was expensive but worth it. 3 weeks after surgery my vision in the operated eye is better than 20/20!
Staff were friendly, i was seen right away. Dr.Sanchez was very professional and caring.
I see Dr. Kimberly Keeland yearly for my eye exams and she's wonderful. When I needed cataract surgery I saw Dr. Sargent at this office and I'm thrilled with the results. Absolutely no pain and everything went smoothly.
Had an appt at 115pm arrived at 110pm. They called me back at 150pm. The room was moving except for me. Said the wait was because it took so long for me to complete my paperwork. I walked in with paperwork completed! Maybe if you 'look' like the type of customer they want to serve you will get better service.
