I want apologize to lady that me and my husband where ugly to today! Thank you so much for helping me! The staff is awesome and Dr. Loose is awesome!
They were able to work me in when I had an ocular migraine. Very nice staff and the doctor was really nice also.
I used to see Dr. Branch before and had cataract surgery with him. Yesterday it was the first time I was going to his new office, Texas Eye. The reception were very nice, smiling and courteous. The Technician knew her job. and I did not wait but 3 minutes before the doctor came to see me. Very competent and nice. My only complain: I had to fill up 3 pages of paper work. The office had all those information in file for me. But maybe they must review everything ...
I developed a staph infection in both eyes that nearly left me blind. Dr. Neiman treated me as if I was her only patient and even came in on a weekend to ensure my eye stayed stable until Monday. She is an amazing surgeon and performed a corneal graph on me that 9 months out is working out great. Dr. Hall fitted me for sclera lenses that have worked out great as well. I am very satisfied with their service.
My husband and I both were thoroughly impressed with the facility and every single staff member we were subjected to. Very professional and proficient!
Everything went smoothly for our first visit as my husband is being treated for Acute Glaucoma. It was emergant that he be seen and although the book time to be seen was atleast a month or two..they booked him Next day. What a Blessing
Dr. Sanchez is a very good doctor and is nice to look at too. For me the extra bonus was my soon to be gone, double vision!
New glaucoma Dr, Dr Marquis..very good visit and I am glad to be under his care.
I have a severely damaged left eye; cataracts, detached retina, and most recently an inflammation that has a 17 letter name I cannot pronounce. More importantly, I have been under the care of 4 different doctors at Texan Eye, all of whom have demonstrated not only expertise, but excellent patient care. Dr. Loose always feels bad for me because I have to drive in from Giddings, Texas - and I always tell him, "for the level of care I get-- it is well worth the drive."
