Dr. Robert Marquis has just performed 2 cataract surgeries for me. My entire experience with Texan Eye has been a pleasure... professional, thorough and caring from the start.
My family has been seeing Dr. Walters for over 20 years. We are always pleased with his care and the care of those in his entire office. I would highly recommend Dr.Tom Walters!
Great facility with courteous staffs. The doctors were kind & patience with my father.
I have never had a worse experience at an eye doctor. I went in for an annual check up so that I can reorder my contacts. I don't have any serious issues with my eyes other than just not being able to see at far distances. Of the 5 doctors/assistants/admin people I interacted with, only 2 were actually kind and welcoming. To top it off, my bill was $350!!!! And that was not including purchasing my contacts! I don't have insurance, however I have never spent more than $150 at an eye doctor in the past 15 years. You will NEVER... read more

Drs are good but wait times are completely unacceptable. Waited over two hours today with my 6 year old before she ever got to see the doctor.
Dr. Dell and Dr. Loose have provided care for my one eye with vision for at least 15 years. I obviously trust them and appreciate their devotion to and concern for my vision.
Sister in law had an appointment for 3PM on June 17. She had a hip replacement about ten days prior. I was the driver. She was finally seen well after 4 PM. I am not from Austin so I wonder about the attitude that thinks this is OK. Where I live, doctors are not gods, appointment times mean something and punctuality is still the courtesy of kings.
