I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NEEDING HOME SERVICES, TO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I have been, and continue to be having issues with these people. They use subcontractors and/or 3rd party vendors to complete their jobs. These people are not vetted, unprofessional, and lack common knowledge of performing simple "home services". And the people whom "manage and run" their company, are even worse. I could leave a dissertation here, on how bad my experience has been, and continues to be. The Texacare customer service Representative was so professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The Technician was even better because he made sure I was contented with the service and the results. Kudos!!!
